The subsidy-less purses cannot support that kind of a meet this summer. <br /><br />Nor do I think Forbes/Drazin would want to take a step back from the painstaking gains made last year. But one thing is clear...the clock is ticking and neither the purse structure nor racing dates have been settled. <br /><br />By this time last year we had the exciting announcement of the Summer Elite Meet.
